Delete your Overthrow Academy account

This page covers the Overthrow Academy app and website, run by Overthrow Disc Golf LLC. Deleting your account is permanent.

From the app

  1. Open the menu: tap the four grey lines in the top left, or swipe right.
  2. Choose You, then Settings, and tap Delete account.
  3. Tap Next. If you pay for a plan, the next screen shows where to cancel it; tap Next again. Then tap Delete my account. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may ask you to sign in again; then tap Delete my account once more. Your account and its data are removed.

From the web

  1. Sign in at overthrowdiscgolf.academy and open your profile.
  2. Under Manage plan, cancel any active subscription first.
  3. Email mikey@overthrowdiscgolf.com from your account email with the subject Delete my account. Deletions requested by email are completed within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name and email), sign in credentials, coaching messages and photos, account-linked Cloudflare videos (Stream and R2) and their provider copies, training progress, and the Academy backup of any saved TechDisc connection.

What we keep

Billing records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes. These are retained for up to 7 years and are not used for anything else. Provider backups and standard server logs age out on their providers' retention schedules.
